Jack’s extensive experience at the
NCWQR provides continuity to all
laboratory and data management tasks.  He maintains oversight of all laboratory analyses and field procedures.  He also conducts all maintenance and operations of sampling stations.  In addition, he manages the NCWQR database and programs all data management operations.
